Naylor Taliaferro was stuck in Corporate America for over 15 years. He tried to raise a family and have a balanced quality of life. This became more challenging over time, as the industry demands increased and his family grew.

In his past life, Scott Howard was a landscaper, a general manager, part of a demolition crew, and a submarine hunter in the US Navy. He was one of the first employees at Service Autopilot, and 7 years later he is still one of our best trainers. Scott now works to ensure new SA Members get up to speed with the software and instills healthy business practices while he’s at it. When he’s not doing that, his passion for DIY and hands-on experience overflows into a handyman business on the side.

Brian has been with Service Autopilot for over 5 years. He has almost 20 years’ experience as a trainer with various software and network administration companies. Drawing on his experience as a Project Manager working with gas, water and electric utilities and municipalities, and as a Pastor, Brian works regularly to train Service Autopilot Members, new and old, on a variety of features and best practices.
Libby is a wife and mother of 3 beautiful children: 22, 12 and 2 years old. Libby comes from a family business, so being an entrepreneur has always come naturally. Libby is the owner of Organize It, soon to be a million dollar cleaning and professional organizing company. She started her professional organizing company in 2014 and saw the need for a dependable residential cleaning service. In 2017 she started Sweeps by Organize It, the cleaning division of her company. After giving birth to her daughter in 2018 Libby quickly realized that she needed help and found Debbie Sardone.
